About us
Adverz Media isn’t just another “full-service agency.” We are a 360° AI-Powered Digital Partner.
We believe businesses are tired of the old, broken model: juggling a separate agency for web, another for SEO, a third for content, and a fourth for ads. It’s inefficient, expensive, and guarantees a disjointed message.
Our model is simple: one integrated team, one cohesive strategy, and zero chaos. We build, launch, and grow brands—all under one roof.
We leverage AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and next-gen tools to make our strategies more precise, our content more effective, and our results more predictable. We’re a team of ambitious strategists, developers, and creatives, and we’re looking for a visual leader to translate that data-driven power into world-class design.
We prioritize hiring individuals based on their core values rather than solely focusing on hard skills. Our approach is to empower exceptional candidates to excel in a role by leveraging their strengths, regardless of whether they precisely match a job description. As a result, we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, both exceeding and falling short of the requirements outlined below.
The Opportunity
This isn’t a “fetch coffee and watch from the sidelines” internship.
This is a hands-on, in-the-trenches opportunity to learn how to build world-class digital experiences. You will be a fully integrated member of our 360° team, working directly with our Art Director, senior designers, developers, and marketing strategists on real-world client projects.
You won’t be stuck in a silo. You’ll see firsthand how our AI-driven insights and user analytics inform design decisions. You won’t just learn how to wireframe; you’ll learn why—and then you’ll see it get built, marketed, and measured.
What You'll Do
Your primary role is to be a sponge, a student, and a doer. You will support our design team in the mission to make our clients’ digital products more intuitive, accessible, and effective.
-
Collaborate: Work closely with the Art Director and senior UX/UI team to support all phases of the design process.
-
Research: Assist in user research and competitive analysis, helping to build out user personas, journey maps, and sitemaps.
-
Design: Create clean, intuitive, and logical user flows, sitemaps, and wireframes using Figma. You will focus on the “bones” of the experience before the visual design is applied.
-
Test: Participate in usability testing sessions, take notes, and help synthesize user feedback into actionable design recommendations.
-
Iterate: Help the team iterate on designs based on data, user feedback, and internal reviews.
Who You Are
You are a current student or recent graduate with a bottomless well of curiosity and a passion for understanding how and why people use technology.
We are looking for
-
A Solid Foundation: You are currently studying or recently graduated from a program in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
-
A Growing Portfolio: You MUST have a portfolio (even if it’s just class projects) that clearly demonstrates your thought process. We want to see your wireframes, user flows, and problem-solving attempts, not just the final shiny UI.
-
Figma-Curious: You have a foundational understanding of Figma (or similar tools like Sketch/XD) and are eager to become an expert.
-
A True “Why” Asker: You have a deep sense of empathy and a natural curiosity for human behavior. You constantly ask “why” and “what if.”
-
No Ego, All Eagerness: You are an excellent communicator, a proactive team player, and you thrive on constructive feedback.
-
Excited by Data: You’re genuinely interested in how technology and AI-driven data can be used to create smarter, more effective user experiences.
What We Offer
This is more than just a line on your resume.
-
Real-World Experience: You will contribute to real client projects. You will end this internship with portfolio-worthy work that is live on the internet.
-
Structured Mentorship: You will have direct access to our Art Director and senior design team for regular 1-on-1s, feedback sessions, and career guidance. We are invested in your growth.
-
A “Full-Stack” View: See how a 360°, AI-powered agency actually works. You’ll learn how your UX designs impact SEO, content strategy, development, and ad performance.
-
A Paid Internship: We value your time and contribution. This is a paid, in-house internship.
-
A Great Culture: A flexible, results-driven, “no-ego” environment where you’ll be treated as a valuable member of the team from day one.
