The Opportunity
As the Associate Director – Paid Media, you are the chief architect of our clients’ paid growth. You’re a high-level strategist who sees beyond a single platform and understands how to build a multi-million dollar media plan that delivers tangible, predictable results.
You won’t be working in a silo. You’ll be a key leader in our 360° model, working directly with our SEO, Content, and Web Development teams to ensure your media strategy is perfectly aligned with every other part of the client’s digital ecosystem.
You’ll also be at the forefront of leveraging our AI tools, using our predictive models to find efficiencies, target audiences, and unlock opportunities that others miss. If you’re tired of just managing spend and want to architect success, this is your chance.
What You'll Do

Architect Paid Strategy: Develop, execute, and own comprehensive, multi-channel paid media strategies (Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, etc.) designed to exceed client KPIs and business objectives.

Lead & Mentor: Lead, manage, and grow a team of paid media specialists. You will be responsible for their training, professional development, and the overall quality of their execution.

Master the Budget: Oversee and optimize multi-million dollar media budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency, spend allocation, and ROI. You are the steward of our clients’ investment.

Leverage AI & Analytics: Go beyond standard dashboards. You will work with our data team to leverage our AI-driven insights and predictive models, turning data into actionable strategy and “what-if” scenarios into confident media plans.

Be the Integrated Partner: Act as the agency’s paid media expert, collaborating relentlessly with our content, SEO, and creative teams to build holistic campaigns. You’ll ensure our ad copy is as powerful as our targeting.

Command the Room: Confidently build and present complex media strategies, performance reports, and high-level insights to C-suite level clients.
Who You Are
You are a data-storyteller, a strategic thinker, and a born leader. You have a deep-seated passion for the “why” behind the numbers and a proven track record of turning ad spend into a powerful revenue engine.
We require

7-10+ years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a clear progression into a strategic leadership role (agency experience is strongly preferred).

Proven experience managing significant 7-figure annual media budgets across multiple clients and platforms.

Expert-level, hands-on knowledge of the entire ad ecosystem, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic DSPs.

A natural leader and mentor with experience managing and developing a team of media buyers and planners.

An AI-Enthusiast: You are genuinely excited by the potential of AI and machine learning to make media buying smarter. You see data and new tools as a strategic weapon.
