We Want
As our Art Director, you are the chief guardian of visual strategy. You’re not just a designer; you’re a strategic thinker who understands that great design is the result of great strategy. You’ll be the bridge between our AI-driven insights and the high-impact creative that our marketing and development teams execute.
Your core responsibilities will include:

Lead Data-Informed Visuals: Drive the creative direction for client campaigns, new brand identities, website builds, and video content. You’ll be the person asking “why” and ensuring every design choice is not just beautiful, but backed by strategic insights and AI-driven data.

Concept & Create: Develop and pitch high-level concepts for 360° campaigns. While you’ll be leading, we expect you to be hands-on, jumping into Figma or Adobe CC to show how it’s done.

Mentor & Manage: Lead, inspire, and mentor our team of junior and mid-level designers. You’ll conduct creative reviews and be the champion for raising our creative bar, fostering a no-ego, “best-idea-wins” environment.

Guard the Brand: Be the ultimate brand-keeper, ensuring every single asset that leaves our agency is pixel-perfect, on-brand, and strategically sound for both our clients and Adverz.

Collaborate Relentlessly: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our copywriters, developers, and marketing strategists to ensure the visual and verbal message is always in perfect sync.
Who You Are
You are a creative powerhouse with a “get-it-done” attitude and an outstanding portfolio to prove it. You believe in “work-life harmony,” not “work-life balance,” and thrive when given the freedom to deliver results without someone watching the clock.
We’d love to see
5-7+ years of agency or in-house experience, with a clear progression into a leadership role.
A stunning portfolio that shows your expertise in branding, UI/UX (websites/apps), and campaign-level art direction.
A Tech-Forward Mindset: You are genuinely excited by new technology and eager to explore how AI tools can enhance the creative process (not just replace it). You see data as a paintbrush, not a prison.
Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and modern UI/UX tools (Figma is our go-to).
Experience in video/motion graphics (After Effects) is a massive plus.
A true leader-mentor who enjoys helping other designers grow and succeed.
Exceptional presentation skills. You can confidently pitch a creative concept to a client and get them excited.
Zero ego. You can give and receive constructive feedback with grace, and you understand that good ideas can come from anywhere.
